Great stuff Minister. Congratulations for telling our Senegalese friends that we are ready and can help them track down the money looted from their country's national treasury. Please proceed swiftly even if the Government of Senegal reacts slowly. You should know by now that many among its members, including the President himself, have a lot to hide. To unravell this, you should start with a visit at Delarue's headquarters, located at Baysingstoke, and ask there some questions about those deals relating to Passports and other Identity documents. Huge corruption. Verify what they have to tell you about the Sy family, the two brothers, and about Ousmane Ngom. Make sure the Serious Fraud Office is notified. Act fast. The Senegalese population will be grateful. Don't forget today is a great day they celebrate -June 23. We owe them a gift. Let us send them news about their corrupt leaders and how to get hold of their stolen monies.
Yours sincerely.
David Cameroon.
