El Hadji Babacar Ndiaye, un Sénégalais de 19 ans établi aux États-Unis, est poursuivi pour meurtre au premier degré. Selon les informations de Libération, il est accusé d'avoir abattu par balle un jeune américain du nom de Travis Deyvon Ruth, âgé de 21 ans. Les faits remontent au 18 janvier dernier.
D'après le récit macabre d'un témoin, Ruth était assis derrière le siège avant de sa voiture Honda verte lorsque Ndiaye sort une arme à feu, ouvre la porte arrière et l'abat. En détention, El Hadji Babacar Ndiaye risque la peine capitale s'il est reconnu coupable de son meurtre. Son procès est fixé au 5 avril prochain.

Teenager arrested in January fatal shooting in Southeast Washington

Authorities have arrested and charged a man in connection with the murder last month of a 21-year-old man in the District.
Travis Deyvon Ruth, of Southeast Washington, was fatally shot around 7:39 p.m. on Jan. 18 in the 2700 block of Jasper Street SE. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
On Thursday, police arrested and charged Elhadji Babacar Ndiaye, 19, of Southeast Washington with first-degree murder while armed in the incident.
Police did not identify a motive in the case.

C'est pour cette raison , qu'il faut être très attentif quand D.TRUMP parle du mauvais coté de l'immigration , certains autochtones utilisent ces mineurs étrangers vu leur fragilité . Ainsi, Trump a parfaitement raison de soulever ces questions pertinentes en matière de politique d'immigration .
